Do I need a site survey before fibre installation or repair?
Ideally yes. A site survey identifies existing fibre routes, termination points, access challenges, and testing requirements. Skipping this often leads to rework, signal issues, or higher costs later. But we also understand that certain installs are straight forward and a few photos sent via WhatsApp and a call can do the trick.
Do you do fibre repairs and fault finding?
Yes. We handle fibre breaks, high-loss faults, connector issues, and bad splices using power meter and OTDR testing where required.
Do you work with existing FTTH installations?
Yes. We do internal fibre routing, ONT relocations, neat wall entries, and re-terminations for residential FTTH setups, BUT we cannot conduct any work in the FNO’s (Openserve, Vumatel, MetroFibre, etc) distribution box. Any fibre work has to happen inside the client premises.
Can you provide fibre testing and reports?
Yes. We provide light source, power meter, and OTDR testing, along with documentation if required by ISPs or ICT partners.
Do you work for ICT companies, FNO's and ISPs?
